Here's a list of my Top 10 favorite online baseball newsletters that I subscribe to and read when they're published. (OK, there's actually 13.) They're free, of course, which is a plus. Not all of them are "pitching specific," but the one's that aren't sometimes have good information pitchers can use to better understand the game.
